ChatGPT's ECG interpretations: Sensitivity or specificity? Which matters more in the emergency department

We read with great interest the article by Zaboli et al. [1], titled “Exploring ChatGPT's potential in ECG interpretation and outcome prediction in the emergency department.” This study provides valuable insights into a critical issue in emergency medicine, where both high patient volumes and the potential consequences of misdiagnoses demand precise and efficient decision-making.
