dc.description.abstract	We read the article by Abellan Lopez et al. that was published in January of 2020 concerning the effect of higher proportions of platelet-rich plasma to microfat graft with great interest.1 The authors should be applauded for selecting this topic; however, we are concerned about some statements that should be discussed.
