| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, erkek ve dişi Ankara keçisi oğlaklarında, yüksek sıcaklık gösteren aylarda, tiroit hormonlarının (triiyodotironin=T3 ve tiroksin=T4) kan serum seviyeleri araştırılmıştır. Mayıs, Haziran, Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında T3 kan serumu düzeyleri erkek ve dişi oğlaklar için sırasıyla; 129.86±6.960, 136.64±6.320, 107.14±6.120, 98.18±5.490 ng/dl ve 134.60±±2.700, 140.80±14.900, 113±12.500, 103.33±8.140 ng/dl olarak belirlenmiştir. T4'ün kan serumu düzeyleri ise erkek ve dişi oğlaklar için sırasıyla; 7.09±0.381, 8.19±0.459, 6.94±0.312, 6.54±0.263 ±g/dl ve 7.27±0.333, 8.58±(0.506, 6.58±0.243, 6.41±0.196 ±g/dl olarak belirlenmiştir. T3 ve T4’ün genel ortalamaları ise aynı aylar için sırasıyla; 131.92±5.500, 138.32±6.980, 109.59±6.140, 100.27±4.590 ng/dl ve 7.16±0.261, 8.35±0.338, 6.79±0.209 ve 6.49±0.174 ± ?g/dl olarak saptanmı?tır. Tiroit hormonlarının Temmuz ve Ağustos aylarında yüksek çevre sıcaklığından önemli (P<0.01) düzeyde etkilendikleri belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, changes in the blood serume levels of thyroid hormones (Triiodothyronine=T3, Thyroxine=T4) of male and female Angora goat kids during the months of high temperature. For the months of May, June, July, and August, the T3 levels in the blood serume for the male and female kids were found to be, 129.86±6.960, 136.64V6.320, 107.14±6.120, 98.18±5.490 ng/dl and 134.60±2.700, 140.80±14.900, 113±12.500, 103.33±8.140 ng/dl. respetively. At the same time, the T4 levels in the blood serume of the male and female kids were found to be, 7.09±0.381, 8.19V0.459, 6.94V0.312, 6.54±0.263 ±g/dl and 7.27±0.333, 8.58±(0.506, 6.58±0.243, 6.41±0.196 ?g/dl respetively. For the same months, the general aveage of the T3 and T4 levels of male and female kids were found to be, 131.92±5.500, 138.32±6.980, 109.59±6.140, 100.27±4.590 ng/dl and 7.16±0.261, 8.35±0.338, 6.79±0.209 and 6.49±0.174 ±g/dl respectively. It was determined that the thyroid hormones were significantly affected (P<lt;0.01) by the high environmental temperature during July and August. | |
