Özet

Environmental pollution, waste problems and global climate change, which destroy the habitat where people live and breathe and cause disruptions in the ecological balance, are common problems of the whole world. In this study, it is aimed to draw attention to the environmental issue, which is the most important component of sustainable development for the next century. It is also important to keep water, air and their components, which are indispensable elements of life, clean with carbon footprint awareness. In the numerical calculation, it was planned to develop a standard model to determine the amount and effect of pollution formed by mucilage in the Marmara sea water. In the model developed for light scattering from axisymmetric particles, light intensity was calculated using optical parameters and light scattering data of inhomogeneous particles with different absorbance and dielectric parameters were obtained under boundary conditions. The correlation between the absorbance of the sample and its pollution was characterized from the scattering intensity change data according to the azimuth angle. Thus, in the axisymmetric model designed for numerical calculations, standard scattering intensities were obtained for different absorbed and non-absorbed environments according to the calculated light intensities.
