dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, Fen Bilimleri öğretim programı 8. sınıf “Basit Makineler” ünitesinde yer alan konu kazanımları dikkate alınarak, çoktan seçmeli sorulardan oluşan bir ünite başarı testi geliştirmektir. 2016 – 2017 TEOG konuları kapsamında yapılan değişiklik, Fen Bilimleri dersinde mevcut ünitelere “Basit Makineler” ünitesinin de eklenmesi yönündedir. Bu değişiklikle beraber mevcut başarı testlerinin konu kazanımlarını tam ve sınıf seviyesine uygun olarak içermediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada MEB tarafından belirlenen konu kazanımlarına uygun çoktan seçmeli Basit Makineler Ünite Başarı Testi geliştirilmiştir. İlk olarak seçilen ünite kapsamında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen kazanımlar dikkate alınarak, her kazanıma en az üç adet soru gelecek şekilde madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Kazanımlara uygunluk için belirtke tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan madde havuzunun kapsam geçerliliğini sağlamak için bir uzman görüş formu oluşturulmuş ve hazırlanan sorular uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. Uzman görüşü sağlandıktan sonra 243 öğrenciyle pilot çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan madde analizi sonucunda testin güvenirlik katsayısı, 882 olarak bulunmuştur. Verilerin analizi sonucunda Basit Makineler Ünite Başarı Testinin geçerli ve güvenilir sonuçlara ulaşıldığını göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak Basit Makineler Ünite Başarı Testi hem bilimsel çalışmalarda hem de öğretmenlerin sınıf içi değerlendirme süreçlerinde kullanabilecekleri geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğu görülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the current study is to develop a unit achievement test comprised of multiple-choice questions prepared considering the learning objectives of the unit of “Simple Machines” in the 8th grade science curriculum. The change made in line with the content of the 2016 – 2017 TEOG topics was the addition of the unit of “Simple Machines” to the existing units in the science curriculum. As a result of this change, it was decided that the existing achievement tests do not completely cover the content of the unit objectives. In the current study, it was aimed to develop a Simple Machines Unit Test complying with the unit objectives determined by the Ministry of National Education. First, within the framework of the selected unit, an item pool including at least three questions for each objective determined by the Ministry of National Education was constructed. Then a table of specifications in accordance with the objectives was formed. In order to establish the content validity of the constructed item pool, an expert opinion form was constructed and then the prepared questions were submitted to the expert review. Then, a pilot study was conducted with 243 students. As a result of the item analysis, the reliability coefficient was found to be .882. In the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the Simple Machines Unit Achievement Test yielded reliable and valid results. As a result, it can be argued that the Simple Machines Unit Achievement Test is a reliable and valid test that can be used in both scientific research and in the classroom assessment processes by teachers.
