Özet
Bu çalışmada, KOBİ’lerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ile bu sorunları ortadan kaldırmaya yönelik olarak planlanan stratejilerin işletme performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Aksaray ve Mersin illerinde faaliyet gösteren 200 KOBİ’den sağlanan veriler Ordinal Logistic Regression analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucunda, “pazarlama stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi” ve “ürün ve hizmetlerin fiyatlandırılması” sorunlarının “genel olarak işletmenin performans düzeyi” üzerinde etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, “müşteri talebine göre ürün ve hizmet üretme” ve “yeni ürün ve hizmet sunma” stratejilerine verilen önem ile hem “genel olarak işletmenin performans düzeyi” hem de “uzun vadeli hedefleri gerçekleştirmede başarı olasılığı”nı yüksek düzeyde algılama arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
In this study, the problems with which SMEs meet are studied and the effects of such problems on business performance of planning strategies as relating to elimininate these problems were investigated. Collected data from 2002 SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Mersin and Aksaray were subjected to Ordinal Logistic Regression Analysis. In result of this analysis, it was found that the problems of “marketing strategies' development” and “product and its services pricing” are generally effective on the level of business performance. Nevertheless, statistically significant relationships were found between “producing goods and services according to the customer's needs” and “offering new products”, and “general level of business performance” as well as “the success probability of achieving long period gools”.
