| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, siyasi gücün yaratılması sırasında kütlesel etkisi ve kabul edilebilirliliği nedeni ile sporun uluslararası ilişkilerde kullanıldığını ve sporun diplomasiyi ve diplomasinin de sporu kabul ettiğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi komisyon üyesi 60 milletvekili, özerk statüdeki 65 Federasyon Başkanı ve Genel Sekreterleri, üniversitelerin İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümünde görevli yaklaşık 100 öğretim elemanı ve Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu Yönetim Bilimi Bölümünde görevli 50 öğretim elemanıdır. Bunlardan 57 milletvekili, 32 federasyon başkanı ile federasyon genel sekreteri ve 51 öğretim elemanı, toplam 140 kişi araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; "Uluslararası İlişkiler ve Spor Etkileşim Anketi" kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinde frekans, aritmetik ortalama, yüzde, standart sapma, t-testi ve ikiden fazla gruplarda tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova), farkın hangi gruplarda olduğunun belirlenmesinde ise, Tukey istatistik teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizi sonucunda; çalışmaya katılanların kıdem, yaş ve eğitim durumlarına göre uluslararası ilişkiler ve spor etkileşiminde anlamlı bir fark bulunmazken, cinsiyetlerine ve Unvanlarına göre uluslararası ilişkiler ve spor etkileşiminde fark bulunmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research intends to show that during the creation of the political power, the sport is used in international relations because of its mass effect and its acceptance and moreover this research aims to demonstrate that the sport accepts diplomacy and diplomacy also accepts the sport. The universe of the research consists of 60 members of parliament who are members of commission of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, 65 Presidents of the Federation and General Secretaries in autonomous status, approximately 100 instructors who are officers in the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the universities and 50 teaching staff who are officers in the Department of Physical Training and Sport College, Department of Management Science. 57 members of parliament, 32 presidents of the federation and general secretaries of the federation and 51 instructors of these; in total 140 persons form the sample of the research. As data collection tool, "Survey of International Relations and the Sports Interaction" is used. For data analysis, SPSS 15.0 packet programme was used (t-test, Anova, Tukey). In the result of analysis data; there were not found any significant differences in the international relations and in the sports interaction according to the seniority, the age and the educational status of the persons who were participate in the study, but there were found differences in the international relations and in the sports interaction according to the sex and the title of them. | |
