Polymer-based nanomaterials (PNMs) are becoming increasingly crucial in transforming the detection and management of diseases. PNMs have emerged as extremely important components in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Various properties of PNMs, such as shape, size, stability, surface charge, mechanical strength, surface chemistry, and porosity, can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of biomedical applications. Polymeric coatings are highly adaptable techniques for modifying surfaces and possess great promise for use in the field of biomedicine.
