| dc.description.abstract | Müfessirlerin hemen hepsinin çalışmalarına uzunca bir mukaddimeyle başla- dıkları görülmektedir. Tefsirlere ilmî anlamda önemli bir değer katan bu mukaddimeler, genel olarak tefsir usûlü ve Kur’an ilimleri bakımından zengin bir içeriğe sahiptirler. Bunla- rın bazılarında tefsir ilminin teorik alanı, tefsir usûlü başlığıyla yazılmış bazı çalışmalara göre daha ileri düzeyde olabilmektedir. Tefsir mukaddimeleri Kur’an ilimleri ve tefsir usûl konularından başka müfessirin tefsirinde takip edeceği metottan tefsirin yazılma sebe- bine kadar müfessir ve tefsiri hakkında birçok önemli bilgiyi de barındırabilmektedir. Osmanlı Devleti hakimiyetindeki coğrafyada doğup yaşayan, döneminin önemli ilim adamlarından Cemâleddin el-Kâsımî’nin (ö. 1914), 20. Yüzyılın başında kaleme alınan önemli tefsirlerden olan, daha çok “Tefsîru’l-Kâsımî” diye bilinen “Mehâsinü’t-Te’vîl” isimli tefsirinin mukaddimesi de muhteva ve üslûbuyla dikkat çekmektedir. On yedi cilt olan tefsirin birinci cildi tefsir usûlü konularına tahsis edilmiş olup temel usûl konuları- nın çoğu “kâide” başlığı altında verilmiş, ayrıca “fasıl” ve “matlab” alt başlıklarıyla da konular değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma Kâsımî tefsirinin mukaddimesinde yer alan kıraat konularını değerlendirmek suretiyle müfessirin kıraat ilmi alanındaki bazı görüşlerinin ve alana sağladığı katkının tespitini amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın giriş kısmında mukaddime kavramı hakkında genel bilgi verildikten sonra, Kâsımî’nin hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi vermek suretiyle müellif tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra ise mukaddimede ele alınan bazı kıraat konuları önemli belli başlıklar altında tasnif edilerek Kâsımî’nin ilgili konulardaki görüşleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | It is seen in almost all of the commentaries started their work with a long introduction. This introductory information, which adds an important scientific value to the tafsirs, have a rich content in terms of Qur’anic sciences and tafsir methodology. In some of these, the theoretical field of the science of tafsir may be more advanced than some studies written under the title of Tafsir. This tafsir introduction information can also contain many important information about the tafsir and commentary, from the sciences of the Qur’an and the tafsir method, from the method that the commentator will follow in his interpretation to the reason why the tafsir was written. The introductory information of the Tafsir “Mahasin at-Ta’wil” that is an important commentary written by Jamâladdin al-Qâsimi (d. 1914), who was born and lived in the geography under the rule of the Ottoman Empire at the beginning of the 20th century and was one of the important scholars of the period is also noted for its content and style. The first volume of the seventeen volumes of tafsir has been devoted to the tafsir method, and most of the basic procedural topics are given under the title of “principles”, and the subjects are also evaluated with the subheadings “fasil” and “matlab”. This study aims to determine some of the views of the tafsir and his contribution to the field by evaluating the Qur’anic subjects included in the introduction of the Qasimi commentary. In this context, first of all, the introduction was introduced by giving information about the life, scientific personality and works of Qâsimi, after giving general information about the concept of muqaddimah. Later, some of the issues discussed in the introduction were classified under certain important headings and the views of Qâsimi on some related issues were tried to be determined. | |
