| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamız, Cumhuriyet’in yalnızca Cumhuriyet’le başlamadığını, Cumhuriyet İnkılaplarının Cumhuriyet Dönemi ile sınırlı olmadığını, devrimlerin bir tek kişiye atfedilmemesini, bu inkılapların bir geçmişinin, bir arka planının varlığını ortaya koyan analitik bir incelemedir. Cumhuriyet’in bütün banîleri, aksiyon ve fikir adamlarıyla birlikte birçoğu Osmanlı’nın resmî okullarından yetişmiş olan kişilerdir. Dolayısıyla Cumhuriyeti kuran kadrolar Osmanlının son dönem yetiştirdiği aksiyoner insan kaynağıdır. Osmanlıdan cumhuriyete intikal eden şeyler arasında kişi kurum devamlılığının yanı sıra bu kişi ve kurumlarla aktarılan fikri yapının çok önemli bir yeri vardır. İkinci Meşrutiyet Dönemi’nde ortaya çıkmış olan fikri hareketler, Cumhuriyetin felsefî temellerini oluşturmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Our study is an analytical research presenting that the republican regime did not start with only the republic, that the revolutions of republic are not limited with the republican period, that the renovations should not be attributed to just one person, and that these revolutions have a past and background. All of the founders of the republic are the people who were educated up along with the men of axiom and intellectuals in entirely the Ottoman Empire’s official schools. Therefore, the staff who founded the republic is the shareholder human source that the Ottoman Empire brought up during the last period. In addition to the continuity of persons and institution, the intellectual structure transferred by means of these persons and institutions has a significant position among the things transferred from the Ottoman Empire to the republic. The intellectual movements emerged during the period of second constitutional system of government formed the philosophical bases of the republic. | |
