Özet
Arastırmanın temel amacı, örgütsel güvenin örgütsel baglılık üzerine olan etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca baglı olarak, İstanbul’da tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren A firmasında bir arastırma gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmada, örgütsel güven, örgüte ve yöneticiye olan güven boyutuyla ele alınırken; örgütsel baglılık, duygusal baglılık, devamlılık baglılıgı ve zorunlu baglılık boyutuyla ele alınmıstır. Bu baglamda, örgütsel güven boyutlarıyla örgütsel baglılık boyutları arasındaki iliski ortaya konularak örgütsel güvenin örgütsel baglılık üzerine olan etkisi belirlenmistir. Arastırma sonuçlarına göre örgüt ve yöneticiye olan güvenin duygusal baglılık ve devamlılık baglılıgını olumlu etkiledigi ve aralarında pozitif ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir iliski oldugu; örgüt ve yöneticiye olan güven ile zorunlu baglılık arasında ise anlamlı bir iliski olmadıgı saptanmıstır.
The key objective of this research is to demonstrate the impact of organizational trust on organizational commitment. Accordingly, a research was conducted in the firm A, a textile industry enterprise in Istanbul. In the research, organizational trust has been examined in terms of the trust toward organization and manager; organizational commitment was has been examined in terms of affective commitment, continuity commitment and normative commitment. Within this framework, the effect of organizational trust on organizational commitment is established, exposing the relationship between the dimensions of organizational trust and the dimensions of organizational commitment. The findings reveal that the trust toward organization and manager have a positive effect on emotional commitment and continuity commitment and there exists a positive and moderately meaningful relationship between them; whereas there is no significant relationship between the trust --toward organization and manager-- and the normative commitment.
