Özel bir hastanenin yer seçimi için bulanık COPRAS tekniğinin uygulanması

Potansiyel bir hastane için yer seçimi kararı tesisin başarısı veya başarısızlığını etkileyen stratejik bir konudur. Hastane yeri değerlendirilmesi ve seçimi, çok boyutlu doğası nedeniyle karmaşık ve zor bir süreçtir. Kuruluş yeri seçilmeden önce alternatiflerin, farklı kriterler göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada özel bir hastanenin kuruluş yeri alternatiflerinin analiz edilmesi için bulanık COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) tekniğine dayalı bir yaklaşım önerilmiştir. Uygulamaya katılan karar vericiler, belirlenen 7 kriterin önem düzeylerini ve 5 farklı kuruluş yeri alternatifini değerlendirmiştir. Sonuç olarak kurulacak özel hastane için en uygun lokasyon belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada elde edilen bulgular nüfus yoğunluğu, rekabet ve erişilebilirliğin hastane yer seçimi için en önemli kriterler olduğunu göstermektedir.

The location selection decision for a potential hospital is a strategic issue that affects the success or failure of the facility. Assessment and selection of hospital location is a complex and difficult process due to its multidimensional nature. Before choosing the place of establishment, alternatives should be examined by considering different criteria. In this study, an approach based on the fuzzy COPRAS technique has been proposed to analyse the establishment site alternatives of a private hospital. The decision makers participating in the implementation evaluated the importance levels of 7 criteria and 5 different establishment location alternatives. As a result, the most suitable location for the private hospital to be established has been determined. In addition, the findings of the study show that population density, competition and accessibility are the most important criteria for hospital location selection.
