Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Aksaray ilinde bulunan Aksaray Üniversitesi yerleşkesi yakınlarındaki Karasu sulama ve drenaj kanalının kirlilik açısından mikrobiyolojik kalite seviyeleri (total ve fekal koliform vb.) mevsimsel olarak 2017 yılı Temmuz, Nisan, Eylül ve Şubat aylarında drenaj kanalından yapılan örneklemelerle incelenmiştir. Yüzey suyu örnekleri, kanalın 5 farklı noktasından toplanmıştır. Bakteriyolojik tür düzeyinin belirlenmesinde membran filtre metodu uygulanmış ve toplam koliform, fekal koliform, fekal streptokok ve salmonella sayımları yapılmıştır. Yüzey suyunda toplam koliform bakteri sayısı 92-302 KOB (koloni birimi)/100 mL, fekal koliform bakteri sayısı 16-225 KOB/100 mL, fekal streptokok bakteri 2-26 KOB/100 mL olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen mikrobiyolojik analiz sonuçları Su Kirliliği Kontrol Yönetmeliği Kıta içi Su Kaynakları Kalite Kriterleri 'ne göre değerlendirildiğinde; Karasu sulama ve drenaj kanalı’nın II. sınıf su kalitesinde, az kirlenmiş su olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, in terms of impurity, microbiologic quality levels (total and fecal coliform etc.) of Karasu drainage and irrigation channel where is near to Aksaray University Campus in Aksaray Province were examined via samples taken from the drainage channel in February, April, July, and September seasonally in 2017. samples of water surface were collected five different points of the channel. In identification of level of bacteriological species, membrane filter method was applied and enumeration of total coliform, fecal coliform, fecal streptococcus and salmonella was done. It was found that the number of total coliform bacteria was 92-302 CFU (Colony Forming Unit)/100 mL, the number of fecal coliform bacteria was 16-225 CFU/100 mL and the number of fecal streptococcus bacteria was 2-26 CFU/100 mL. When the results of microbiological analysis were evaluated regarding Inland Water Resources Quality Criteria of Water Pollution Control Regulation; it was determined that water of Karasu irrigation and drainage channel was second-class quality and slightly contaminated.
