Türkiye'de Astragalus L. (Fabaceae) Cinsi Içerisinde Yer Alan Dört Seksiyona Ait Karyotip Analizleri

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de doğal olarak yayılış gösteren Astragalus L. cinsine ait ülkemizde farklı lokalitelerde yetişen Macrophyllium Bunge (6 takson), Hymenostegis Bunge (15 takson), Poterion Bunge (2 takson) ve Anthylloidei DC. (10 takson) seksiyonlarına ait taksonların Karyotip Analizleri Görüntü Analiz Sistemi (Bs200Pro) aracılığı ile belirlenmiş ve elde edilen sitogenetik veriler sistematik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Macrophyllium seksiyonunda somatik kromozom sayıları; Astragalus oleaefolius, A. dipodurus, A. cephalotes ve A. yukselii’de 2n=16, A. longifolius’da 2n=32 ve A isauricus’da 2n=48 olarak tespit edildi. Hymenostegis seksiyonunda somatik kromozom sayıları; Astragalus zohrabi, A. sosnowskyi, A. velenovskyi, A. laguriformis ve A. uraniolimneus’da 2n=16, A. hymenocystis subsp. confiniorum'da 2n=18, A. lagopoides, A. hirticalyx, A. persicus, A. chrysostachys, A. vaginans, A. gueruenensis, A. ciloensis ve A. marivanensis’de 2n=48 olarak tespit edildi. Anthylloidei seksiyonunda somatik kromozom sayıları; Astragalus szowitsii, A. ermineus, A. zederbaueri, A. anthylloides, A. halicacabus, A. dictyophysus, A. mesites ve A. wagneri’de 2n=16, A. surugensis türünde ise 2n=48 olarak tespit edildi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, karyotype analysis of some taxa, grown in different localities of our country, belonging to Macrophyllium Bunge (6 taxa), Hymenostegis Bunge (15 taxa), Poterion Bunge (2 taxa) and Anthylloide DC.(10 taxa) sections of the genus Astragalus L. naturally distributed in Turkey have been described by Image Analysis System (Bs200Pro) and cytogenetic data obtained was evaluated with respect to systematic.
