Özet
Cemaleddîn Aksarayî’nin Kitabü’l-es’ile ve’l-ecvibe olarak bilinen Şerhu müşkilâti’lKur’âni’l-Kerîm ve şerhu müşkilâti’l-ehâdîsi rasûli Rabbi’l-?âlemîn adlı kitabı bazı ayet ve hadislerdeki müşkilâta dair soru ve cevapları muhtevî Farsça bir eserdir. Anadolu topraklarında beylikler döneminde yaşamış olan Aksarayî, mevcut kitabını Amasya emiri Hacı Şadgeldi Paşa’ya ithafen kaleme almıştır. Ayet ve hadislerde var olduğu düşünülen problemleri gündeme taşıyan Aksarayî’nin naslar karşısında konumlandığı yer, tevilin kendisine sunduğu geniş hareket alanını da etkin bir şekilde kullandığı yorumlama/uzlaştırma zeminidir. Bu zemini ayakta tutan epistemolojik referansı ise çoğunlukla dilbilime dayalı beyânî bilgi sistemidir. Ancak eserde kelamî ve itikadî açıdan problem teşkil eden, örneğin rü’yetullah, hüsün-kubuh, ismet-i enbiya gibi meselelere taalluk eden nasların yorumu Eş?arî düşünce sistemine dayalı teolojiye uygun olarak çözüme kavuşturulmaktadır. Elinizdeki bu çalışma hem eser hakkında bilgi vermekte, aynı zamanda nas-yorum ilişkisini mezkûr eser özelinde ortaya koymaktadır.
The book of Jamaluddin al-Aksarayî which called Sharhu Mushkilati’l-Quran and Sharhu Mushkilati’l-ahâdith-i Rasulu Rabbi’l-Âlemîn and knowns as Kitab al-Asila wa’l-Ajwiba is a book in Persian which contents question and answers about inconvenient in some verses and hadith. Aksarayî, who lived in the Anatolian territories in period of principalities has wrote his the mentioned book dedicated to Haji Shad Galdi Pasha Amr of Amasya. The place where Aksarayî, who carries the problems that are supposed to be in the verses and hadiths, is located in front of the nass (Quran and hadith) is the interpretation / compromise that he uses effectively the wide movement area offered by him. The epistemological reference that keeps this ground alive is mostly the system of formal information based on linguistics. However, the interpretation of the nass, which is related to kalam and faith such as ru'yetullah, Husn-kubuh, is resolves in accordance with the theology based on Ash'arite thought system in this book. This paper gives some information about the mentioned work and at the same time reveals the relation between nass and comment.
