| dc.description.abstract | Meşrutiyetin 1908’de yeniden ilan edilmesiyle ülke yönetiminde etkin bir pozisyon elde eden İttihat ve Terakki Fırkası, Osmanlı gençliğini kendine bağlamak için yeni politikalar uygulamak istemekteydi. İttihatçılar, memleketi içinde bulunduğu durumdan kurtaracak, geleceği inşa edecek genç nesli biçimlendirmek için, ekonomide milli iktisadı, eğitimde de daha milli bir müfredatı takip etmeye başlamışlardı. Gençler üzerinde daha etkin olabilmek ve onları yönlendirmek için dergiler çıkarmışlardı. Talebe Defteri Dergisi de bu amaçla 1913 yılında yayın hayatına başlamıştı. Talebe Defteri Dergisi, eski harflerle yayın yapan ve en uzun süre hayatta kalan dergilerden biridir. Bu çalışmamızda Talebe Defteri Dergisi’nin ele aldığı konuları ve buradan da hareketle dönemde yaşanan sıkıntıların dergiye nasıl yansıdığına temas etmek istiyoruz. | |
