Özet
Technical features of the modern novel are used İn Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar’s “Time Regulation Institute” . In this novel, the author uses the issue of time as multi-dimensional. The protogonist of the novel is also the narrator and the forms of expression written is suitable for modern novel theories. When the effects of Psychoanalysis, the fragmentation of identity and sub-identities are covered, Tanpınar’s criticism emerges. In this novel, Tanpınar also makes it more functional by making the place, objects and goods symbolical. Besides this, he makes us anticipate that he has and ironic approach towards both the events an novel and techniqal specification
