| dc.description.abstract | Dinî hizmetlerin gerçekleşmesinde vakıflar ve bu kuruluşların akarâtı esas kaynaklar olmakla birlikte vakıf personeli ve bu personelin görev yaptığı mahallerde ortaya çıkan masrafların karşılanmasında vakıf gelirlerinin çeşitli sebepler neticesinde yetersiz kaldığı durumlarda mukataalar gibi vakıf dışı devlet kaynakları devreye girerek dinî ve toplumsal hizmetlerin aksamadan yürütülmesi sağlanırdı. Bu nedenle devlet, mukataaların işleyişine engel teşkil eden unsurları ortadan kaldırmada katı bir tutum sergilerdi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The main sources of realizing the social and religious services were the foundations and the real estates of them, on the other hand , when the real estates of the foundations were somehow insufficient for paying the expense of the foundations' staff and their working district, nonfoundational national sources such as tax farming would step in and enable the realization of social and religious services without any inconvenience. For that reason, state had a strict attitude inabolishing the elements impeding the operation of the tax farming. | |
