| dc.description.abstract | İslam dini içerisinde önemli bir yeri olan riba kavramı kapsamında, İslam ile iktisat arasındaki ilişki ekonomik işlem üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir. İlk önce riba kavramının ekonomik işlem içindeki yeri ortaya konulmaktadır. Daha sonra ise İslam’ da ekonomik ilişkilerin devamlılığı için önemli bir kavram olan “rehin” konusunun yeri tartışılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla rehinden doğan işlem şeklinin riba kapsamında değerlendirilip değerlendirilmediğinin, yani rehin alan ile veren açısından oluşacak hizmet üretiminin riba ile benzer ve farklı yönlerinin olup olmadığının gösterilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Kısaca, teorik bir yapıda şekillendirilen bu çalışmada, rehin konusu riba kavramı çerçevesinde araştırılarak ekonomik işlem noktasında değerlendirilmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Within the framework of the concept of interest that has an important place in Islam, the relation between Islam and economy is evaluated in terms of economic process. Initially, the place of the concept of interest within economic process is asserted. Then the place of the pledge issue which is a crucial concept for continuity of economic relations is discussed. Therefore, the aim is to show whether the type of process that stems from pledge is included in interest or not, so whether the production of service realised by pledgee and pledger has similar or different qualities with interest or not. Briefly, in this study which is shaped in a theoretical structure, pledge issue is evaluated at the point of economic process by being explored within the framework of the concept of interest. | |
