| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, ortaöğretim programında seçmeli olarak verilen “Çevre ve İnsan” dersi ile Gönüllü Çevre Kuruluşlarının öğrencilerin çevreye yönelik bilgi ve tutumlarına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Geliştirilen “Çevresel Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Çevre Bilgisi Testi” 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Ankara İli Çankaya İlçesindeki çeşitli ortaöğretim kurumlarında öğrenim gören 1013 öğrenciye uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler çok değişkenli varyans analizi (MANOVA) ile değerlendirilmiştir. MANOVA sonuçlarına göre, “Çevre ve İnsan” dersini alan ve almayan öğrencilerin çevreye yönelik bilgi ve tutum ortalamaları arasında, dersi alan öğrencilerin lehine anlamlı bir farkın olduğu tespit edilirken; gönüllü çevre kuruluşlarında aktif olarak çalışma durumlarına göre yapılan değerlendirmede, öğrencilerin çevresel tutum ve çevre bilgisi ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of the course “Man and Environment” provided as an elective course in the secondary school curriculum, as well as the Voluntary Environment Organisations, to the students in terms of providing environment-oriented knowledge and attitude. The developed “Environmental Attitude Scale” and “Environment Knowledge Test” are applied in education period 2004-2005 to 1013 students, having education in Ankara, district Cankaya. Obtained data is evaluated by Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). According to MANOVA results, there is a significant difference in favor of students that have attended the “Man and Environment” course, in terms of environmentoriented knowledge and attitude average of the students. On the other hand, with the evaluation considering active participation in the voluntary environment organisations, no significant difference is found between the students in terms of envorinment-oriented attitude and knowledge averag | |
