dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışma kalça veya diz protezi ameliyatı olmuş hastaya klinikte bakım veren bireylerin bakım yükü ve stres düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel özellikteki araştırma verileri Ocak- Temmuz 2018 tarihleri arasında elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, bir araştırma hastanesinin ortopedi kliniğinde kalça veya diz protezi ameliyatı olmuş hastaya bakım veren ve örneklem ölçütlerini karşılayan 58 bakım veren birey oluşturdu. Verilerin toplanmasında; “Hasta ve Bakım Veren Tanıtım Formu”, “Bakım Verme Yükü Ölçeği”, “Bakım Veren Stres Ölçeği” ve “Günlük Yaşam Aktiviteleri Ölçeği” kullanıldı. Bulgular: Bakım verenlerin bakım verme yükü ölçeği puan ortalamasının 22.25±11.50 olduğu, bakım veren stres ölçeği puan ortalamasının 4.51±2.74 olduğu saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the study was assessment of the caregivers burden and stress level of care in clinics to patients after hip or knee prosthesis surgery. Materials and Methods: The descriptive and cross-sectional research data were obtained between January and July 2018. The sample of the study consisted of 58 people who met the sampling criteria of caregiver who underwent hip or knee prosthesis surgery at a orthopedics clinic of a research hospital. In the collection of data were used to “Patient and Caregiver Information Form”, “Caregivers Burden Scale”, “Caregiver Stress Scale” and “Daily Living Activities Scale”. Results: The mean value of the caregiver burden was 22.25±11.50 and the mean score of caregiver stress scale was 4.51±2.74. Conclusion: In the results of study, it was found that the average care load and care stress scale score of the caregivers of the patients who had hip or knee prosthesis surgery were low, but he caregiver's care burden and caregiver stress scale mean scores of the individuals who were fully dependent on the daily life activities scale were increased.
