| dc.description.abstract | Bölgelerin inovasyon performanslarındaki artış, refah seviyesini artırarak toplumsal ve ekonomik kalkınmaya katkı sağlamaktadır. Bölgelerin inovasyon performanslarının artırılmasında, öğrenme, teknoloji ve bilgi süreçleri etkili olmaktadır. Bir bölge, inovatif faaliyetleri ne kadar desteklerse, yaşam kalitesi ve refah seviyesi de o ölçüde artış göstermektedir.Bu çalışma, inovasyon ve bölgesel kalkınma çerçevesinde, Türkiye ve bölgelerinin kişi başına GSYH, altyapı, ulaşım, eğitim,patent gibiinovasyon göstergelerinden yararlanılarakbölgesel kalkınma ve inovasyona katkılarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla, Türkiye’nin Düzey2 kapsamında yer alan 26 bölge inovasyon girdi ve çıktı bileşenleri kullanılarakEntropi ve ARAS yöntemleriyleinovasyon performans sıralamaları ve ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Böylelikle bölgeler arasındaki farklılıklar ortaya çıkarılmış olup bölgesel kalkınmanın sağlanmasında, bölgelerin ihtiyaçları ve performanslarına yönelik inovasyon sistemleri geliştirilmelidir. Bunun için inovasyon performansının yükseltilebilmesi için üretim yapısı geliştirilerekbölgesel kalkınma teşvik edilmelidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The increase in the innovation performance of the regions contributes to social and economic development by increasing the level of welfare. Learning, technology and information processes are effective in increasing the innovation performance of regions. The more a region supports innovative activities, the higher the quality of life and well-being. This study, within the framework of innovation and regional development, is to reveal the contribution of Turkey and its regions to regional development and innovation by making use of innovation indicators such as GDP per capita, infrastructure, transportation, education, patents. For this purpose, innovation performance rankings and weights were determined by Entropy and ARASmethods by usingthe innovationinput and output components of 26 regionswithin the scope of Level2 of Turkey. Thus, the differences between regions have been revealed and innovation systems should be developed for the needs and performances of the regions in order to ensure regional development. For this reason, regional developmentshould be encouraged by improving the production structure in order to increase the innovation performance. | |
