| dc.description.abstract | "Salnâmelere Göre Meğri (Fethiye) Kazası" adlı yüksek lisans tezinde, 1296 (1879) ve 1326 (1908) yılları arası Meğri (Fethiye) incelemeye alınmıştır. Söz edilen dönemde Meğri, Menteşe Sancağı'na bağlı bir kaza konumunda olmasından dolayı, Menteşe Sancağı'nın bağlı olduğu Aydın Vilayeti'ne ait salnâmeler, yararlanılan temel kaynaklar olmuştur. Özellikle Meğri'nin o döneme ait mülki, ekonomik, sosyal, demografik, yapısının yanında coğrafi ve tarihi yapısı üzerinde de durulmuştur. Tez hazırlanırken eldeki salnâmeler dikkat ile incelenerek Meğri Kazası'na ait olan bilgilerin zaman içerisinde değişme gösterdiği ortaya konulmuştur. İncelenilen dönemde Osmanlı Devlet teşkilatındaki meydana gelen değişimlerin, kurumlara yansımalarının Meğri Kazası'ndaki kurumlarda da kendini gösterdiği görülmüştür. Salnâmelerde Meğri Kazası'nda görevli devlet memurları ve toplum içinde önemli sayılabilecek kişilerin adlarının, düzenli bir şekilde verildiği tespit edilmiştir. Devlet görevlilerinin ise görevlerinde uzun süre kalmadıkları sürekli bir değişime tabi tutuldukları anlaşılmaktadır. Salnâmelerde Meğri'deki (Fethiye) nüfus yapısının zaman içerisinde değiştiği, Türk nüfusun artış gösterirken, Türk olmayan nüfusun azalma gösterdiği görülmüştür. Yüzey şekilleri o dönemde Meğri'nin gelişimini olumsuz etkileyen en önemli faktörlerden biri olmuştur. Kazanın yönetimi ile ilgili ise yönetimde, Türkler kadar diğer milletlerinde görev aldıkları görülmüştür. Meğri'de turizmin gelişmesinde tarım alanların az olması salnâmelerde de söz edilen sahillerinin güzel olması etkili olmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this master thesis named: "Megri (Fethiye) According to the Yearbooks (Salname)" Megri (Fethiye) between the years 1296 (1879) and 1326 (1908) was examined. In the mentioned period, Megri was an administrative district (Kaza), connected to the Sanjak of Menteşe. This is why the yearbooks of Aydın Province which contains the Sanjak of Menteşe have been the main source for us. In addition to its territorial, economic, social and demographic structure; the geographical and historical structure of Megri have also been been emphasized. While the thesis was being prepared, the yearbooks were very carefully analyzed and it was revealed that the information on the Megri District have changed over time. It has been determined that the reflections of the changes in the Ottoman State organization to the institutions, the names of the civil servants and the people who are considered important in the society are given presentably. It is also understood that the government officials didn't last in their duties for a long time and were subjects to a constant change. It has been seen in the yearbooks that the population of Megri (Fethiye) changed over time the non-Turkish population decreased while the Turkish population increased. The surface features were one of the most important factors negatively affecting Megri's development at that time. As for the management of the district, it has been seen that other citizens took part in the administration as well as the Turks. The shortage of agricultural areas and its beautiful coasts which were effective in the development of tourism in Megri were also mentioned in the yearbooks. | |
