dc.description.abstract	Eğitimin başarılı olmasının temel etkenlerinden biri de etkili iletişim teknikleridir. Sözlü, yazılı, sanal iletişim ve beden dili aracılığı ile bireyler bu iletişim tekniğini eğitim sahasında kullanmaktadırlar. Bilgiyi bilmek farklı, onu öğrenciye aktarmak farklı bir durumdur. Eğitim ortamında öğretmen ve öğrenci arasında sağlıklı bir iletişimin sağlanması esastır. Bu sebeple eğitimin baş aktörü olan öğretmenlerin iletişimi çok iyi bilmesi ve bunu öğrencileri eğitmede kullanması gerekmektedir. Çünkü öğrencilerin örnek aldığı kişiler öğretmenlerdir. Öğretmenlerin konuşma tarzı, öğrenciye yaklaşımı, bakış açısı, kullandığı kelimeler, ses tonu ve diğer davranışları öğrencilerin eğitiminde önemli hususlardır. Bu çalışmada öğretmen-öğrenci iletişimi üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bunu belirlemek için yapılan araştırmada Erbay ve arkadaşları (2012) tarafından geliştirilen ölçek kullanılmıştır. Aksaray ilinde görev yapan öğretmenlerden toplanan veriler çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenip, analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; sınıf öğretmenlerinin branş öğretmenlerine göre öğrenci ile daha başarılı iletişim kurdukları, ayrıca kadın öğretmenlerin erkek öğretmenlere göre öğrencileri ile iletişimde daha başarılı oldukları saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstract	One of the major factors for the succeeding of the education are the effective communication techniques. The individuals use this communication technique through oral, written, virtual, communication and body languages. Possessing the knowledge and conveying it to the students are two different things. It is essential that a healthy communication is provided between teachers and students in the educational environment. It is necessary that teachers who are the main actors of education should know the communicational techniques very well and apply it during the educational environment, as .the students take their teachers as examples. The parlance of the teachers, their approach to the students, the words they use, their tone of voice and other attitudes are important factors in the education of the students. In this study, the communication between teachers and their students is analyzed. In order to determine this, the scale developed by Erbay et al., (2012) has been used. The data collected from the teachers working in the province of Aksaray has been reviewed and analyzed according to various variants. According to the obtained results; it was determined that the class-teachers make better communication with their students than fieldteachers, moreover, female teachers are better in communication with their students than male teachers.
