| dc.description.abstract | Demokrasilerin olmazsa olmazı olan anayasalar, tarihsel süreçte olgunlaşarak geçmişten günümüze uzanmaktadır. Türkiye'de anayasa faaliyetlerinin kökleri Osmanlı dönemine kadar uzanmakta olup, zaman içerisinde siyasi iktidarların girişimleri neticesinde günümüzdeki halini almıştır. Türkiye'de iktidarda olan veya muhalafet cephesinde yer alan siyasi partiler de bu değişimlerin bir tarafı olmuş ve anayasal görüşlerini çeşitli şekillerde ifade etmişlerdir. Bu çalışma, Türk siyasal hayatında önemli yer edinmiş olan Millî Görüş hareketinin temsil edildiği siyasi partiler olan MNP, MSP, RP, FP ve SP'nin dönemsel olarak mevcut anayasalara ilişkin görüşlerini ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, söz konusu siyasi partilerin tüzük ve programları, seçim beyannameleri ile birlikte partiyi temsil eden siyasilerin görüşleri çerçevesinde anayasalarda değişmesini düşündükleri ve öne çıkardıkları kısımların ele alınarak analiz edilmesidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Constitutions, which are indispensable for democracies, mature in the historical process and extend from the past to the present. The roots of constitutional activities in Turkey date back to the Ottoman period, and over time, it has taken its current form as a result of the initiatives of political powers. Political parties that are in power or in the opposition front in Turkey have also been a part of these changes and have expressed their constitutional views in various ways. This study deals with the views of MNP, MSP, RP, FP and SP, which are the political parties representing the Millî Gorus movement, which has an important place in Turkish political life, on the current constitutions periodically. In this context, the aim of the study is to analyze the bylaws and programs of the political parties in question, their election manifestos, and the parts they think should be changed in the constitutions within the framework of the views of the politicians representing the party. | |
