Özet
Bu çalışmada, Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen ve Mehmet Sait Şimşek'in müteşâbih ve nesh konularına yaklaşımları mukayese edilerek incelenmiştir. Müteşâbih ve Nesih problemleri asırlardır tartışılan ve ne oldukları hususunda üzerinde uzlaşılamayan iki önemli meseledir. Kur'ân'daki mesajları doğru anlama çabasına giren her birey bu meselelerle karşılaşmıştır. Bu çalışma da Kur'ân'ı doğru anlama gayretinin bir neticesidir. Müteşâbih ve nesh hususlarını farklı pencerelerden bakarak ele almak, konuları daha da dikkat çekici hale getirmektedir. Bu sebeple, birbirine yakın dönemlerde yaşamış, biri gelenekçi diğeri çağdaş iki müfessirin görüşlerinden hareketle mevzu izah edilmiştir. Bu müfessirleri yakından tanımak için birinci bölümde hayatları ve ilmi şahsiyetleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın temel kavramları olan müteşâbih ve nesih kavramları hakkında tarih boyunca çeşitli tanımlar yapılmıştır. Bu tanımların bir kısmı birbirine yakın içeriklerden oluşurken bazıları da tamamen birbirinden alakasız olmuştur. Bu sebeple ikinci bölümde müteşâbih ve nesih kavramlarının neyi ifade ettiği izah edilmiş ve tarihsel süreçleri ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca müteşâbih konusunu yakından ilgilendiren muhkem ve te'vil kavramları açıklanmıştır. Nesih konusunda ise, neshi kabul edenlerin delilleri tek tek belirtilerek izah edilmiş, bunun karşılığında neshi kabul etmeyenlerin de bu delillere itirazları ayrı ayrı açıklanmıştır. Son bölümde ise, öncelikle Bilmen ve Şimşek'in müteşâbih yaklaşımları tespit edilerek mukayese edilmiştir. Bu mukayese, Kur'ân'da müteşâbih olarak kabul edilen âyetler üzerinden çeşitli örneklerle yapılmıştır. Bunun akabinde Bilmen ve Şimşek'in nesih anlayışları tespit edilmiş ve bu anlayışlarının mukayesesi yapılmıştır. Bu mukayese de, aynı şekilde Kur'ân'daki âyetler çerçevesinde yapılmıştır. Bu âyetlerden üç tanesi neshe delil olarak getirilen âyetlerdir. Bunun dışında ayrıca, mensuh olduğu iddia edilen birkaç âyet üzerinden de mukayese yapılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise, ele alınan problemler hakkında oluşan kanaatimiz belirtilmiştir.
In this study, the approaches of Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen and Mehmet Sait Şimşek to the issues of mutashabih and abrogation were comparatively examined. The problems of Mutashabih and Abrogation are two important issues that have been discussed for centuries and there is no agreement on what they are. Every individual who has tried to understand the messages in the Quran correctly has encountered these issues. This study is a result of the effort to understand the Quran correctly. Addressing the issues of mutashabih and abrogation from different perspectives makes the issues even more remarkable. For this reason, the subject has been explained based on the views of two commentators, one traditionalist and the other contemporary, who lived in similar periods. In order to get to know these commentators closely, information about their lives and scientific personalities is given in the first chapter. Throughout history, various definitions have been made about the concepts of mutashabih and abrogation, which are the basic concepts of our study. While some of these definitions consist of contents that are similar to each other, some of them are completely unrelated to each other. For this reason, in the second chapter, what the concepts of mutashabih and nash mean are explained and their historical processes are discussed. In addition, the concepts of muhkem and ta'vil, which are closely related to the subject of mutashabih, are explained. Regarding the abrogation, the evidence of those who accepted the abrogation was stated and explained one by one, and in return, the objections of those who did not accept the abrogation to these evidence were explained separately. In the last chapter, firstly Bilmen and Şimşek's allegorical approaches were identified and compared. This comparison was made with various examples based on the verses that are considered as mutashabih in the Quran. After this was completed, Bilmen and Şimşek's understandings of abrogation were determined and their understandings were compared. This comparison was also made within the framework of the verses in the Quran. Three of these verses are the ones brought as evidence for abrogation. Apart from this, a comparison has also been made based on a few verses that are claimed to be abrogated. In the conclusion, after briefly explaining the problems, our conclusion is stated.
