| dc.description.abstract | Mobbing davranışı, son yıllarda üzerinde yoğun olarak çalışılmasına rağmen, özellikle işyerleri için yeni bir kavram değildir. Örgüt içinde verimi azaltarak motivasyonu düşüren ve giderek çözülmelere neden olan bu davranış durumu, bireylerin hem ruhsal hem de fiziksel olarak büyük zararlar görmesine neden olmaktadır. Mobbing davranışlarının önlenmesine yönelik, örgütlerin ve yöneticilerin üzerine düşen sorumluluk olduğu gibi toplumun da bu yönde bilinçlendirilmesi üzerinde önemle durulan bir konudur. Bu araştırmadaki amaç, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin kurumlarında yaşadıkları mobbing etkilerinin örgütsel bağlılığa ne derece etki ettiğini incelemektir. Araştırmada literatür tarama yöntemi kullanılmış, veri toplama aracı olarak da anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. | |
