Özet
Bu tezde, 2 Numaralı Karaman Ahkâm Defteri'nin 150-290. sayfalarının transkripsiyonu yapılarak Karaman Eyâleti'nin iktisadî, sosyal ve idarî durumu öğrenilmeye çalışılmış ve XVIII. yüzyıl hakkında bilgi edinmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun XVI-XVIII. yüzyıldaki siyasi durumu ele alınarak imparatorluğun yükseliş döneminden itibaren gerilemesine sebep olan olaylar üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölümde ise toplumun şikâyetlerinin görüşülüp çözüme bağlandığı Dîvân-ı Hümâyûn hakkında bilgi verilerek Dîvân-ı Hümâyûn defterlerine değinilmiştir. Bu defterlerden biri olan Ahkâm Defterleri anlatılarak 2 Numaralı Karaman Ahkâm Defteri'nin şekil ve muhtevâ açısından incelemesi yapılmıştır. Yine bu bölümde defterde ismi geçen sancaklar hakkında bilgiler verilmiş olup, yer adlarına da değinilerek bölüm sona ermiştir. İkinci bölümde ise defterin (s.150-290) transkripsiyonu bulunmaktadır. Bu bölümlerin dışında sonuç kısmı ve kaynakça yer almaktadır.
In this thesis, the economic, social and administrative situation of Karaman Province was tried to be learned by transcribing the 150-290. pages of the Karaman Ahkâm Book No. 2, and it was aimed to obtain information about the XVIII. century. The study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction, the political situation of the Ottoman Empire in the XVI-XVIII. century was discussed, and the events that caused the decline of the empire from the rise period were emphasized. In the first part, the Dîvân-ı Hümâyûn notebooks were observed by giving information about the Dîvân-ı Hümâyûn, where the complaints of the society were discussed and resolved. One of these notebooks, Ahkâm Notebooks, was explained, and the Karaman Ahkâm Notebook No. 2 was examined in terms of form and content. Again, in this section, information about the sanjaks whose names were mentioned in the book was given, and the section was ended by mentioning the place names. In the second part, there is the transcription of the notebook (p.150-290). Except from these sections, there is the conclusion part and the bibliography.
