In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between athlete self-efficacy, psychological well-being, and athlete burnout with success in elite volleyball players. The universe of the research consisted of 319 male and female volleyball players playing in the 2021-2022 season in the Turkish AXA Sigorta Efeler League and Misli.com Sultans League. The sample consisted of a total of 190 volleyball players, 93 women and 97 men. The data of this study were obtained by using the survey method, one of the quantitative data collection methods. Personal information form, Athlete Self-Efficacy Scale Athlete Burnout Scale and Psychological Well-Being Scale were used as data collection tools. It was determined that the data did not show normal distribution and Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis and Spearman Correlation tests were used for statistical analysis. The significance level in the analyzes was accepted as p<0.05, p<0.01. According to the results of the research, while there is no statistically significant relationship between athlete's self-efficacy and psychological well-being and success, there is a moderately positive relationship between athlete burnout and success. The higher the burnout, the higher the success. Athlete burnout levels of male volleyball players are higher than females. Experienced volleyball players have higher self-efficacy and physical/emotional exhaustion levels than younger ones. Athlete self-efficacy and athlete burnout levels of injured volleyball players are higher than those of non-injured volleyball players. Volleyball players with high athletic experience have higher athlete self-efficacy and athlete burnout than less experienced volleyball players. Athlete self-efficacy levels and athlete burnout of volleyball players in national teams are higher than other volleyball players. National volleyball players' league finishing rankings are higher than other sports. There is no relationship between the positions of the volleyball players and the self-efficacy, psychological well-being and burnout levels of the athletes.
