Abstract
Yaprakçık boyutları, şekli ve tüylerin A.melanophrurius'ta striat-granulat, A. victoriae'da striat süslemeye sahip olması ayırt edici olmuştur.
In Thesis study Astragalus victoriae and Astragalus melanophrurius species' , which are endemic for Turkey and have similar morphology and distribution properties, taxonomic differences that can be used to distinguish the species has been demonstrated by examining seeds, leaves, pollen micromorphology and leaf anatomy. In addition, soil properties were determined by soil analyzes. Astragalus victoriae and Astragalus melanophrurius species were collected from May 2017 to October 2018 in Aksaray province during flowering and fruiting periods. Morphologically, it can be seen that the characters such as the sloping or steep form of the plant, the shape of the leaves, the shape of the fruit, the fact that the fruit does not stay in the calyx can be used to distinguish two types at first glance. There was no significant difference between two species in terms of seed characteristics. Leaf dimensions, shape and striate-granulat in A.melanophrurius, striate decoration in A. victoriae has been distinguished. Pollen size, shape and surface ornamentation are defined as important and distinctive characters for the systematics of taxa. Differential differences were not detected in leaf anatomy. According to the results of the analysis of the soil it was observed that Iron, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Sodium, Class B, Ec micromhos, Water-saturated soil pH, Phosphorus, potassium values in terms of soil that 2 species grow are similar to each other, Calcium, Lime and Organic matter contain differences.
