Abstract
Bu çalışma ile işletmelerin ihracat faaliyetlerinde bir meslek kuruluşu olarak ticaret ve sanayi odalarından memnuniyet düzeyleri ve beklentileri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Şimdiye kadar ticaret ve sanayi odalarının hizmetleri ve farklı alanlardaki çalışmaları üzerine araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Buradan hareketle işletmelerin ihracat faaliyetlerine yönelik olarak üyesi oldukları ticaret ve sanayi odalarından neler bekledikleri ve bu beklentilerinin ne ölçüde karşılandığının belirlenmesi araştırma konusu olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırma Eskişehir Ticaret Odası ve Konya Ticaret Odası'nın ihracat yapan üyeleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan tam sayım sonucu, hazırlanan anket formlarından 90 tanesi geri dönmüş, bu anketlerden eksik ve hatalı doldurulanların elenmesi sonucunda 23'ü Eskişehir Ticaret Odası ve 57'si Konya Ticaret Odası üyesi olmak üzere 80 ihracat yapan işletmeden oluşan bir örnek büyüklüğü elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları işletmelerin ihracat faaliyetlerinde üyesi oldukları odadan neler beklediğini ve ne derece memnun olduklarını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Buna göre ihracata yönelik aldıkları hizmetlerden memnun olma düzeylerine bakılan Eskişehir Ticaret Odası ve Konya Ticaret Odası üyeleri arasında önemli bir farkın olmadığı ve benzer beklentilerinin olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
In this study, satisfaction level and expectations of enterprises in their export activities from chambers of commerce and industry as a professional association is presented. So far, different studies have been done about services and works of chambers of commerce and industry. Thus, in export activities what enterprises expect from chambers of commerce and industry and how chambers of commerce and industry meet these expectations of enterprises are taken as the subject of the study. This research was carried out on Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and Konya Chamber of Commerce. After the complete enumeration, 90 of surveys returned and then incomplete and wrong of them were eliminated. The size of sample is 80 firms. 23 of them are members of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and 57 of them are members of Konya Chamber of Commerce. The findings of research results reveal the satisfaction level and expectations of enterprises in their export activities from chambers of commerce and industry. According to this, when we look at their satisfaction level of received export services, there is no serious difference between the members of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and Konya Chamber of Commerce. And also it is understood that their expectations are similar.
