| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzün modern hastalıklarından biri olan stres kişilerde ve örgütlerde olumsuz etkiler yaratmaktadır. Kişiler ve örgütler stresin bu olumsuz etkilerine farklı derecelerde tepki gösterirler. Bu çalışmayla sağlık çalışanlarının işe bağlı stres düzeylerinin ne derece olduğu ve hangi değişkenlere bağlı farklılık gösterdiklerini ölçmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Konya Numune eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde görev yapan 138 çalışan üzerinde uygulamalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama sonunda kadınların ve idari birim çalışanlarının daha fazla stres yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Stres as a modern illness in recent days has been created negative impacts ion person and organizations. Persons and organizations make different response to negative impacts of stress. The purpose of this study is to measure of streess of health professionals. The study is implemented to 138 health professionals who are woring in Konya Numune Education and Training Hospital . At the end of the study it is determined women has been ieffected more than men and workers of managerial departments has been effected more than workers of medical departments. | |
