| dc.description.abstract | "Mütûn-i Erbaa'dan Mecma?u'l-bahreyn ve Mülteka'n-neyyireyn'de İmam Züfer'e Nispet Edilen Görüşlerin Tahkiki konulu bu çalışmamız; özelde Hanefi mezhebinde muteber metin kitapları(Mütûn-i Erbaa)'ndan Mecma?u'l-bahreyn ve Mülteka'n-neyyireyn'nin ibâdet ve muâmelât bölümlerinde İmam Züfer'e nispet edilen görüşlerin tahkiki, genel olarak da Hanefi mezhebi müntesiplerinin ilmi birikimlerininnesilden nesile sıhhatli bir şekilde aktarılmasının tesbitine yönelik bir gayenin neticesidir. Buna binaen çalışmamız, bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır: Giriş bölümünü çalışmamızın konusu, önemi, araştırmanın amacı, araştırmanın yönteminin açıklanması ve literatür değerlendirmesi oluşturmuştur. Birinci bölümüde ise, görüşleri çalışmamızın konusu olan İmam Züfer'in hayatı, ilmi kişiliği ve eserleri hakkında bilgi vermeye çalıştık. İkinci bölümde Muzafferuddîn İbnü's-Sââtî, Hanefî Fıkıh Metinleri ve Mütûn-i Erbaa hakkında tafsilatlı bir şekilde (özellikleri, müellifleri…gibi) bilgi vermeye gayret ettik. Üçüncü bölümde Mecma?u'l-bahreyn ve Mülteka'n-neyyireyn'de ibadet ve muâmelat bölümlerinde İmam Züfer'e nispet edilen görüşleri incelemeye çalıştık. Sonuç bölümünde de çalışmamızdan elde edilen sonuçların değerlendirmesini yaparak çalışmamızı sonlandırdık. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study on "Investigation of the Views Attributed to Imam Zufear in Majma al-Bahreyn and Multaqa al-nayyireyn from Mutun al-arbaa ; In particular, the investigation of the views attributed to Imam Zufar in the worship and muâmelât sections of Majma?u'l-bahrain and Multaka'n-neyyirayn from the authoritative textbooks (mütûn-i Erbaa) in the Hanafi sect in particular, and in general it is the result of a purpose aimed at determining the right transfer of the scientific accumulations of the Hanafi sect members from generation to generation. Accordingly, our study consists of an introduction part and three sections: The introduction consists of the subject of our study, its importance, the purpose of the research, the explanation of the method of the research and the literature evaluation. In the first part, we try to give information about the life, scientific personality and works of Imam Zufar, whose views are the subject of our study. In the second part, we give information about Muzaffaruddin Ibn al-Sââtî, Hanafi Fiqh Texts and Mütûn-i Erbaa (characteristics, authors... etc). In the third part, we tried to examine the views attributed to Imam Zufar in the worship and mu'amalat sections in Majma?u'l-Bahrain and Multeka'n-neyyireyn. In the conclusion section, we ended our study by evaluating the results obtained from our study. | |
