| dc.description.abstract | Dünya nüfusunun hızla artması, tarım ürünlerine talebi artırmıştır. Tarımda üretimi ve verimliliği artırmak için kimyasal girdiler kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu durumun üretimi artırmakla birlikte çevre ve insan sağlığını olumsuz etkilemesi üzerine ekolojik dengeye zarar vermeyen organik tarım yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Organik tarımı geliştirmek ve yaygınlaştırmak üzere kullanılan yöntemlerden biri, kümelenme modelidir. Küme aracılığıyla organik tarıma yönelik projelere mali ve teknik destekler sağlanmıştır. Gelişmiş ülkeler organik tarımda önemli gelişmeler sağlarken; Türkiye’de daha ziyade ihracata dayalı bir gelişme göstermiştir. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’de hem bölgesel/yerel kalkınmanın sağlanması hem de organik tarımın gelişmesi için kurulan GAP Organik Tarım Kümesi incelenmiştir. Konu, GAP Organik Tarım Kümesi aracılığıyla sağlanan mali desteklerin bölgesel/yerel kalkınmaya üretim, istihdam gibi unsurlar bakımından değerlendirilmesi ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi ve anket teknikleri ile yapılan çalışmada, GAP Organik Tarım Kümesi’nin bölgesel kalknımaya üretim ve istihdam gibi yönlerden katkıda bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The rapid increase in the world population increased the demand for agricultural products. Chemical inputs have been used to increase production and productivity in agriculture. Although this situation increases production and adversely affects the environment and human health, organic farming method which does not harm the ecological balance has been developed. One of the methods used to develop and promote organic agriculture is the cluster model. Financial and technical support has been provided for the projects in the organic agriculture through the cluster. Developed countries provide important developments in organic agriculture; Turkey has shown an improvement in the export-driven rather. In this study, Turkey and at regional/local development established to provide for the development of organic farming as well as GAP Organic Agriculture Cluster have been investigated. The issue has been limited by the evaluation of the financial supports provided through the GAP Organic Farm Cluster in terms of elements such as production and employment in regional/local development. In the study conducted with qualitative research methods, document analysis and survey techniques, it was determined that GAP Organic Agriculture Cluster contributed to regional development in terms of production and employment. | |
