Özet
Bu çalışmada killi malzemelerin kuruma ve büzülme aşamalarında ortaya çıkan kuruma çatlaklarının oluşum süreçleri incelenmiştir. Plastiklik özelliği baskın olan ve aktivitesi yüksek killi zemin malzemesi Avanos bölgesinden temin edilmiştir. Çalışmada değişik katkı maddeleri kullanılarak, farklı içerikli killi zemin kompozisyonları oluşturulmuştur. Katkılı ve katkısız olarak deney örnekleri üzerinde kıvam limitleri saptanmış, büzülme davranışları ve hacim değişimleri saptanmış ve faklı karışımlar içeriğindeki plastisite değerleri bulunmuştur. Numunelerin kuruma öncesinde likit limit kıvamında suya doyurularak kuruma süreçleri gözlemlenmiştir. Suya doygun olan zemin numuneleri oda sıcaklığında ve güneş ışığından korunaklı bir ortamda kurumaya bırakılmış ve belirli zaman aralıklarında su muhtevası kayıpları, plastisite değişimleri ve kuruma ile oluşan kil yüzeyindeki çatlama miktarları belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda kullanılan katkı malzemelerinin zeminde en belirgin olan plastisite düşümleri üzerine olan etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Kurumanın beraberinde getirdiği çatlakların oluşum süreci ise özellikle kil tabaka yüzeyinde ortaya çıkan çatlak alanının, bütün alana oranının belirlenmesi ile sağlanmıştır. Yüksek çözünürlükle çekilen dijital fotoğraflar üzerinde çatlak alanları ve çatlamamış alanlar birbirleri ile göreceli olarak karşılaştırılmış, İmagej programında hesaplanan çatlak alanlarına bağlı olarak oransal ifade edilerek, grafikleri çizilmiş ve kuruma-çatlama arasındaki karmaşık ilişki kimyasal katkı malzemesinin etkinliğini dikkate alarak değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study the formation process of the emergence of desiccation cracks in the clay material drying and shrinkage stage were investigated. The predominant activity of high plasticity and clay soil material were obtained from Avanos. Using different additives in the study were created clayey soils containing different compositions. Doped and undoped samples as determined consistency limits on experiments, shrinkage behavior and volume changes were observed and different mixtures of plasticity in the content. The consistency of liquid limit water saturating the dry process was observed before the drying of samples. Water saturated with ground samples were left to dry in an environment protected from the ambient temperature and sunlight and water content loss at predetermined time intervals, cracking quantities in plasticity changes and the clay surface formed by drying is determined. The effect was evaluated on the significant reduction of the plasticity of the soil additive materials used in this context. The process of formation of cracks brought about the drying out cracks in areas particularly exposed at the surface of the clay layer is made by determining the ratio of the whole area. High resolution compared the relative taken with your digital photos on a cracked areas and cracked areas of each other, depending on the area of the cracks calculated in Imagej program by expressing proportional, chart, drawn and complex relationship between enterprise-cracking is evaluated by taking into account the effectiveness of chemical additives.
