| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada spor alanında yaşanan mobbing davranışlarının, sporcu perspektifinden incelenerek, sporcuların mobbinge yönelik algılarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçeveden hareketle tarama modelinde olan çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak 2 bölümden oluşan bir veri toplama aracı kullanılmıştır. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmak için araştırmacı tarafından kişisel bilgi formu geliştirilmiştir. Diğer iki kısımda ise Einarsen ve Raknes (1997) tarafından geliştirilen ölçeğin, Türkçe'ye uyarlama çalışması Cemaloğlu (2007) tarafından, Spora uyarlama çalışması Cengiz (2008) tarafından yapılan mobbing ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Spora uyarlama çalışması sonucunda ölçeğin Cronbach'alpha katsayısı 0.94 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçek görev alt boyutu ( 3, 4, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21), Örgüt içi iletişim alt boyutu (2, 13, 14, 16, 10, 22) ve Sosyal ilişkiler alt boyutu (1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 20) olmak üzere 3 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde istatistikî yöntem olarak frekans, yüzde dağılımları, veriler normal dağılım göstermediğinden dolayı ikili gruplar için Non parametrik testler olan Mann Whitney U testi, çoklu gruplar için Kruskal Wallis testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; çalışma grubunda yer alan sporcuların tüm alt boyutlarda düşük düzeyde mobbing algılamasına sahip oldukları, diğer yaş gruplarına göre 29-34 yaş grubu sporcuların daha çok mobbinge maruz kaldıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. Lisans mezunu olan sporcuların ise en çok mobbinge maruz kalan grup olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca branş değişkenine göre incelendiğinde de, görev ve örgüt içi iletişim alt boyutunda voleybolcuların, sosyal ilişkiler alt boyutunda da voleybol ve buz hokeyi sporcularının futbolculara nazaran daha fazla mobbinge uğramış oldukları tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In that study, experienced mobbing behaviours are examined in the field of sports from the perspectives of athletes to determine athletes perceptions intended to mobbing. Within this frame, for being expedient to the purpose of that screening model study, data collection tool with 2 parts have been used. At first part, researcher has developed a persona linformation form to reveal demographic specifications of the participants. On the other part;the scale developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997), which' adoptation toTurkish made by Cemaloğlu (2007), adoptation made to field of sports by Cengiz (2008) mobbing scale implemented. As a result of adoptation to the field of sports, scales Cronbach'alpa coefficient determined as 0.94. As Scale duty sub-dimension ( 3, 4, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21), organizational communication sub-dimension (2,13,14,16,10,22), and social relations sub-dimension (1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 20) it consist of 3 sub-dimensions. To make evaluation of researching datas as a statiscal method frequencey, and percentage distrubion, because of thedatas not distrubuted normally at binary groups Non parametric tests like Mann Whitney's U test, for multi groups Kuraskal Wallis tests has beenused. According to datas obtained from research; determination made like research conducted on athletes shows they have low-level scale mobbing sense, 29-34 age group athletes more exposed to mobbing, bachelor's degree athletes get more points from mobbing. Also if its examined according to branch variables, it shows at the duty and organziational communication sub-dimesions volleyball athletes, at the social relations sub-dimensions ice hockey and volleyball athletes gets more suffered from mobbing. | |
