| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma hemşirelik alanında eğitim alan öğrencilerin mesleki güdülenme düzeylerinin ve mesleki güdülenme profillerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi İstanbul ilindeki iki vakıf yükseköğretim kurumundaki 361 öğrencidir. Öğrencilerin mesleki güdülenme profillerinin belirlenmesi için K-ortalamalar analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda öğrencilerin yüksek düzeyde içsel ve dışsal güdülenmeye sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında öğrencilerin olumsuz güdülenme düzeyleri düşük seviyededir. Öğrencilerin mesleki güdülenmeleri açısından üç farklı profile sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin büyük bir kısmının olumlu mesleki güdülenme profiline sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin çok küçük bir kısmı düşük mesleki güdülenme düzeyine ait profilde yer almıştır. Son olarak olumsuz güdülenme düzeyi içsel ve dışsal güdülenmeleri ile olumsuz ve düşük düzeyde ilişkilidir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular öğrencilerin gelecek planlamaları açısından ve mesleki eğitimin geliştirilmesi açısından önemlidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research was carried out to determine the vocational motivation levels and professional motivation profiles of the students studying in nursing students. The research sample is 361 students in two foundation higher education institution in Istanbul. K-means analysis was used to determine the professional motivation profiles of the students. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the students had a high intrinsic and extrinsic motivation level. In addition, students' negative motivation levels are low. It has been determined that the students have three different profiles regarding their professional motivation. As a result of the research, it was determined that most of the students had a positive professional motivation profile. A very small proportion of the students took part in a low professional motivation profile. Negative motivation level is negatively and at low level correlated with intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The findings obtained as a result of the research are important in terms of the future planning of the students and the development of vocational education. | |
