| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında terbiyum (III) DO3A kompleksi ve 1,4-diokso-1,2,3,4tetrahidrobenzo[G]ftalazin ünitesinin kovalent olarak bir araya getirilmesi amaçlanmış olup, bu amaçla öncelikle iki ünite ayrı ayrı sentezlenmiş olup spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edilmiştir. Bir sonraki aşamada ise bu iki ünite uygun kimyasal tepkimeler üzerinden bir araya getirilmiştir. Tasarımı ve sentezi gerçekleştirilen bu yeni bileşiğin yapısal karakterizasyonu, çoklu emisyon yapabilme yeteneği spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, it was aimed to covalently attach the terbium (III) DO3A complex and 1,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4tetrahydrobenzo [G] phthalazine units. For this purpose, firstly, two units were synthesized separately and were analyzed by spectroscopic methods. In the next step, these two units are combined by using appropriate chemical methods. The structural characterization, photophysical properties, and multi emission capability of this new were investigated by using spectroscopic methods. | |
