Özet
Çalışmanın amacı; mütevazı liderlik, iş tatmini ve çalışanların örgütsel seslilik davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Ayrıca mütevazı liderliğin örgütsel sesliliğe etkisinde iş tatmininin aracı rol üstlenip üstlenmediğinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı kapsamında literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu çalışmanın bulguları dikkate alınarak araştırmanın modeli oluşturulmuştur. Veriler, basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak Aksaray Belediyesi çalışanlarından elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak mütevazi liderlik ölçeği, iş tatmini ölçeği ve örgütsel seslilik ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda belediye çalışanlarına anketler dağıtılmış ve 230 anket verisi değerlendirmeye dâhil edilmiştir. Değerlendirmeye alınan anket verileri SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada geçerlilik-güvenilirlik analizleri, normallik analizleri, korelasyon analizi, regresyon analizi ve demografik faktörler ile değişkenler arasındaki ortalama farklılıkları tespit edilebilmesi amacıyla farklılık analizleri (One-Way Anova- Bağımsız Örneklem T testi) gibi çeşitli analizler gerçekleştirilerek bulgular elde edilmiştir. Hipotezlere ilişkin bulgulara göre, mütevazı liderliğin örgütsel sesliliği ve iş tatminini pozitif yönlü anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca mütevazı liderliğin, örgütsel sesliliğe etkisinde iş tatmininin kısmi aracılık rolünün bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between humble leadership, job satisfaction and employees' organizational voice behavior. In addition, it is aimed to reveal whether job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the effect of humble leadership on organizational voice. Within the scope of the purpose of the study, a literature review was conducted and the model of the research was created by taking the findings of this study into consideration. The data were obtained from Aksaray Municipality employees using simple random sampling method. In the study, humble leadership scale, job satisfaction scale and organizational voice scales were used as data collection tools. In this direction, questionnaires were distributed to municipality employees and 230 questionnaire data were included in the evaluation. The evaluated survey data were analyzed through SPSS package program. In the study, various analyses such as validity-reliability analyses, normality analyses, correlation analyses, regression analyses and difference analyses (One-Way Anova - Independent Sample T test) were performed to determine the average differences between demographic factors and variables. According to the findings related to the hypotheses, it was determined that humble leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational voice and job satisfaction. In addition, it was determined that job satisfaction has a partial mediating role in the effect of humble leadership on organizational voice.
