Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasının temel amacı, örgütsel adalet algısının örgütsel vatandaşlık ve ihbar davranışına etkisi ile bu üç örgütsel davranış kavramı arasındaki ilişkinin tespitidir. Bu nedenle Çalışma ve İş Kurumu Konya İl Müdürlüğü'nde çalışmakta olan 174 kişiye mülakat tekniği, telefon ve elektronik posta yoluyla ulaşılarak anket uygulaması yapılmış ve gerekli veriler toplanmıştır. Edinilen veriler, araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda hazırlanan hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla Anova, t- testi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, Çalışma ve İş Kurumu İl Müdürlüğü'nde örgütsel adalet ile örgütsel vatandaşlık algısı ve ihbar davranışı kurumda orta seviyelerdedir. Sosyo-demografik özelliklerden sadece kurumdaki pozisyon, örgütsel adalet algısını etkilemektedir. Örgütsel adaletin örgütsel vatandaşlık ve ihbar davranışına etkisi yoktur. Fakat örgütsel vatandaşlık ile ihbar arasında doğrusal, pozitif yönde, anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
Goal of this research is to determine the effect of the perception of organizational justice on organizational citizenship and whistleblowing behavior and to determine the connection between these three concepts of organizational behavior. With this aim, a survey was made with 174 employees Provisional Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency of Konya via interview, telephone, and e-mail. Gathered information was evaluated via Anova, t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the hypothesizes which were prepared in line with the aim of this work. The obtained results indicated that, at the Provisional Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency of Konya, perception of organizational justice, organizational citizenship and whistleblowing behavior are around intermediate level. Among the socio demographic features, it is only the position held in the institution has impact on organizational justice. Organizational justice has no impact on organizational citizenship and whistleblowing. Yet, a meaningful and positive relationship was determined between organizational citizenship and whistleblowing.
