Özet
Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu, matematik ve astronomi mezunu olmasına karşın edebiyatla ve sanatın birçok alanıyla yakından ilgilidir. Edebiyata ilk önce şiirleriyle dâhil olan Çakmakçıoğlu, ardından çocuk edebiyatına yönelik çeşitli türde eserler kaleme alır. Şiir, hikâye, roman, fabl, piyes, tiyatro, karikatür, radyofonik çocuk oyunları gibi farklı türlerdeki eserleri onun çok yönlülüğünü gösterir. 'Bir Dünya Bırakın' çocuk şarkısının söz yazarı olan Çakmakçıoğlu, çocuk edebiyatına birçok ilki de kazandırır. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün Nutuk eserini çocukların anlayabileceği düzeyde sadeleştirip Çocuklar İçin Nutuk adı altında yayımlamıştır. Millî duyarlılık ekseninde Atatürk ve Kurtuluş Savaşı konulu eserler yazmıştır. Matematik alanıyla ilgili makaleler ve ders kitapları kaleme almıştır. Erdek şenliklerinde ve edebiyat yarışmalarında jüri üyeliği yapmıştır. Yurdun çeşitli yerlerinde öğretmenlik ve idarecilik görevlerinde bulunmuştur. Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu, eserlerinde doğa ve hayvan sevgisine sıkça yer verir, hikâye ve romanlarında çocukların hayvanlarla dostluğunu işler. Çocukları çok seven, onları geleceğin mimarları olarak gören yazar, öğretmenliğinin de getirmiş olduğu rol ve sorumluluk duygusu çerçevesinde çocukların bilgiyle buluşmasına öncülük eder. Çocukların çok yönlü olarak gelişmesini hedefleyen Çakmakçıoğlu, sürekli yeni fikirler üretme çabasıyla Türk çocuk ve gençlik edebiyatını çok başarılı bir çizgiye taşır. Bu çalışma Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu'nun hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserleri üzerine odaklanan, ayrıca eserlerine tematik olarak yaklaşan ilk çalışma olması bakımından önemlidir. Çalışmada yaşamını yoğun bir yazma faaliyetiyle geçiren Çakmakçıoğlu ve eserlerinin bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. Doküman inceleme yöntemiyle eserler çözümlenmiştir. Tez üç bölümde kurgulanmıştır; birinci bölümde yazarın hayatı, sanatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde çocuk edebiyatı hakkında teorik bilgi yer alır, üçüncü bölümde eserlerinde öne çıkardığı ortak konular tespit edilmiştir.
Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu, despite being a graduate of mathematics and astronomy, is closely interested in literature and many areas of art. Çakmakçıoğlu, who first entered literature with his poems, later wrote various types of works for children's literature. His works in different genres such as poems, stories, novels, fables, plays, theater, cartoons, and radiophonic children's games show his versatility. Çakmakçıoğlu, who is the lyricist of the children's song'Bir Dünya Bırakın', also brought many firsts to children's literature. He simplified Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's Nutuk to a level that children can understand and published it under the name Çocuklar İçin Nutuk. He wrote works on Atatürk and the War of Independence in the axis of national sensitivity. He wrote articles and textbooks related to mathematics. He was a jury member in Erdek festivals and literature competitions. He worked as a teacher and administrator in various parts of the country. Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu frequently includes love of nature and animals in his works, and deals with children's friendship with animals in his stories and novels. The author, who loves children very much and sees them as the architects of the future, pioneers children's encounter with knowledge within the framework of the sense of role and responsibility brought by his teaching. Çakmakçıoğlu, who aims for children's multi-faceted development, carries Turkish children's and youth literature to a very successful level with his continuous effort to produce new ideas. This study is important in that it is the first study to focus on Adnan Çakmakçıoğlu's life, literary personality and works, and also to approach his works thematically. The aim of the study is to examine Çakmakçıoğlu, who spent his life with intensive writing activity, and his works with a holistic approach. The works were analyzed using the document review method. The thesis is structured in three sections; the first section provides information about the author's life, art and works. The second section includes theoretical information about children's literature, and the third section identifies the common themes he highlights in his works.
