| dc.description.abstract | Globalleşen dünya da entelektüel sermayenin önemi gittikçe artmaktadır. Eğitim örgütleri entelektüel sermayenin en yoğun olduğu ve entelektüel sermayeye bağlı olarak bilginin yönetimi stratejilerinin kullanıldığı yerlerdir. Milli eğitim yöneticisi kurumundaki entelektüel sermayeyi ne kadar iyi tanıyor ve bunu örgütün parçası haline getiriyor. Örgütün parçası haline gelen bilgi kurumu öğrenen örgüt haline getiriyor. Okullarımız öğrenen okul haline geliyor. Çalışmada entelektüel sermayenin yönetilmesi demek bilginin yönetilmesi anlayışından yola çıktığımızda bilgi yönetimi stratejilerini kullanmada milli eğitim yöneticileri ne kadar başarılılar. Bilgi yönetimini stratejileri ana başlık ve bunların bilginin elde edilmesi, bilginin kullanılması, bilginin paylaşılması ve bilginin depolanıp haritalanması olarak dört alt faktörlerine incelendi. Daha sonra bu dört faktör, yöneticilerin cinsiyeti, yaşı görevi, yöneticilikteki kıdemleri, çalıştıkları kurum tipleri ve mezuniyet branşları açısından araştırıldı. Bu çalışma milli eğitim kurumlarındaki yöneticiler bilgi yönetimi stratejilerini ne kadar kullanabildiklerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Çorum İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü ve merkeze bağlı ilköğretim ve lise müdür, müdür başyardımcısı ve müdür yardımcılarından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya 203 yönetici katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak bilgi yönetimi stratejileri ölçeği olanLikert tipi ölçü aracı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada toplanan anket sonuçları SPSS for Windows 18 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the globalized world the importance of intellectual capital is increasing. Education organization are the places where the most intense intellectual capital exists and where the management strategies of information is used depending on the intellectual capital. To what extent the manager of national education institution know and in coraporates with his / her institution. Information that becomes a part of institution makes the institution a learning institution. When we set out to say the management of intellectual capital is the study of knowledge management knowledge management strategies for understanding how managers in using the national education successful. The main topic is knowledge management strategies and the foursub-categories at it are use of information, sharing of information and knowledge mapping were discussed. Then these four factors, were investigated in terms of graduation fields, the gender, age, mission, management seniority, work, corporate types and branches .This study is conducted in order to investigate to what extent the managers of national education institution use the information manament stagiest. The study population and the center of Çorum Provincial Directorate of Education on the elementary and high school principal, deputy principal and consists of manager. 203 managers participated in the study. In the study as a data collection tool Likert-type scale, which is an Information management strategies scale, is used. Survey results collected in the study were assessedusing SPSS for Windows 18 package program. | |
