Abstract
Bu araştırma; Sakin Şehir ziyaretçilerinin çevresel duyarlılığa ve küreselleşme karşıtı dünya görüşüne sahip olmalarının Türkiye’de bulunan Sakin Şehirleri tercih nedenlerine yansıyıp yansımadığının tespit edilmesi ve Sakin Şehirlerin kendilerine yüklediği anlam ile ziyaretçilerin Sakin Şehirlere yüklediği anlam arasında farkın olup olmadığının anlaşılması amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma, Sakin Şehir ziyaretçilerinin Sakin Şehirleri küreselleşme karşıtı ve çevreye duyarlı destinasyonlar olarak gördüklerinden dolayı mı tercih ettikleri sorusuna cevaben ziyaretçi özelliklerinin belirlenmesi bakımından önem taşımaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmış ve elde edilen verilerin analizinde faktör ve korelasyon analizlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler, ziyaretçilerin çevresel duyarlılığa ve küreselleşme karşıtı dünya görüşüne sahip olmalarının Sakin Şehirleri tercih nedenleri ile ilişkili olduğunu gösterir niteliktedir.
This research prepared with the aim of determine Cittaslow visitors have environmental sensitivity and anti-globalization views reflects the reasons for preference Cittaslow in Turkey and understanding differences between the meanings that the Cittaslows have assigned to them and the meaning they have placed in Cittaslows. The research is important in terms of determining visitor characteristics in response to the question they have chosen because they see Cittaslows as anti-globalization and environmentally sensitive destinations. Within the scope of the research, questionnaire was used as data collection tool and the analysis of the data obtained has utilized factor and correlation analyzes. Analyzes made show that Cittaslows for having environmental awareness and anti-globalization views are related to the reasons for preference.
