| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Türk devlet anlayışını etkilediği düşünülen Türk düşüncesin teşekkül devrindeki insan doğası anlayışını incelemektedir. Kadim dönemde düşünce gelenekleri 17-18. yüzyıllardan itibaren siyasi ideolojileri, siyasal sistemleri ve devlet anlayışlarını etkilemiştir. Farklı devlet kavrayışlarının tarih sahnesinde olmasının bir nedeni de beslendikleri düşünce geleneklerinin farklılıklarıdır. Düşünce gelenekleri, taşıdıkları bazı özelliklerle birbirlerine benzerler yahut birbirlerinden ayrışırlar. Devlet anlayışlarını farklılaştıran yahut besleyen, düşünce geleneklerini birbirlerinden farklılaştıran önemli boyutlardan birisi de insan doğasını kavrayışlarıdır. Çalışma, kötücül insan doğası teması üzerinden inşa edilen Batılı devlet kuramları veya ideolojileriyle Türk devlet anlayışının anlaşabilmesinin mümkün olmadığını zira Türk düşüncesinin sahip olduğu düalist insan anlayışı ve bu anlayışın beraberinde getirdiği farklı bir toplumsal örgütlenme olduğu düşüncesini işlemektedir. Bu bağlamda Antik Çağ’dan sonra Batı düşüncesinde genel kabul gören kötücül insan doğası anlayışının getirdiği sonuç olan devletin kötücül insanı dengeleme vazifesine karşılık; Türk düşüncesinin benimsediği düalist insan anlayışının getirdiği sonuç, devletin iyi olma ihtimali olan insanları iyiye sevk etme vazifesidir. Çalışma, Türk düşüncesinde gelenek haline gelen düalist insan doğasını incelemektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the understanding of human nature in the formation period of Turkish thought, which is thought to have influenced the Turkish understanding of the state. Traditions of thought in the ancient period 17-18 since the 19th century, political ideologies have affected political systems and understanding of the state. One of the reasons why different conceptions of state are on the stage of history is the differences in the traditions of thought they are nourished by. Thought traditions are similar or different from each other with some of their characteristics. One of the important dimensions that differentiates the understanding of the state or the traditions of thought that nourish it from each other is their understanding of human nature. The study deals with the idea that it is not possible for the Turkish state understanding to come to an agreement with western state theories or ideologies built on the theme of evil human nature, because Turkish thought has a dualist understanding of human beings and a different social organization that this understanding brings with it. In this context, as opposed to the duty of the state to balance evil people, which is the result of the generally accepted understanding of evil human nature in Western thought, the result of the dualist understanding of man adopted by Turkish thought is the duty of the state to lead people who are likely to be good to good. The study examines the dualistic human nature that has become a tradition in Turkish thought. | |
