Özet
Bu çalışmada beton üretim santrallerinin mevcut durumu, ilgili yönetmelik kapsamında uygulamaları Konya ve civar illerde üretim yapan beton santrallerinin durumu dikkate alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında yirmiden fazla beton santrali ziyaret edilerek ya da iletişim kurularak uygulamaları hakkında ankete tabii tutularak veriler elde edilmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler ve ilgili kişilerle görüşmeler neticesinde, tesislerin bir kısmında yasal mevzuat gereklerinin haricinde atığın azaltılması ve israfın önüne geçilmesi için uygulamaya koydukları bir sistemlerinin olduğu, bir kısmının bağlı oldukları yönetmeliğin asgari değerlerini yerine getirerek ve tesiste oluşan atıkların düzenli bir şekilde bertarafı sağladığı, bir kısmının da mevzuata resmiyette uyduğu, ancak usulsüz bir şekilde bertaraf sağlandığı görülmüştür. Sıfır atık konusunda ise birçoğunun teorik düzeyde bilgi sahibi oldukları, ancak konu ile ilgili yeterli düzeyde uygulamalarının olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the current situation of concrete production plants and their applications within the scope of the relevant regulation were evaluated by considering the situation of concrete plants producing in Konya and surrounding provinces. Within the scope of the study, more than twenty concrete batching plants were visited or contacted, and data were obtained by surveying their practices. As a result of the examinations and interviews with the relevant people, some of the facilities have systems that they have put into practice in order to reduce waste and prevent waste, apart from the legal regulations, and some of them are based on fulfilling the minimum values of the regulation they are attached to and some of them ensure the regular disposal of the wastes generated in the facility. It has been observed that its compliance with the legislation is official, but it has been disposed of illegally. On the subject of zero waste, it has been determined that most of them are aware of the practices, but there are not enough practices related to the subject.
