Özet
Bu çalışmada; banka çalışanlarının etik iklim ve örgütsel güven algılarının whistleblowing eğilimleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma amacıyla, Ankara ilindeki banka çalışanlarına literatür ışığında hazırlanan anketler uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 25.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Anket formunda yer alan demografik verilerin frekans dağılımları incelenmiştir. Katılımcıların etik iklim algısı, örgütsel güven algısı ve whistleblowing eğilimlerinin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemek üzere Bağımsız İki Grup T-Testi, Mann Whitney U Testi ve One-Way ANOVA analizleri kullanılmıştır. Son olarak etik iklim ve örgütsel güvenin whistleblowing üzerindeki etkilerini ölçmek için Basit Regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Banka çalışanlarının etik iklim ve örgütsel güven algıları ile whistleblowing eğilimlerinin demografik özelliklere göre nasıl farklılık gösterdiği incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre özel banka çalışanlarının etik iklim algısının, örgütsel güven algısının ve whistleblowing eğiliminin kamu bankalarında çalışanlara göre anlamlı bir farklılık gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca etik iklim ve örgütsel güvenin whistleblowing davranışına pozitif yönde etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir.
In this study; The effects of ethical climate and organizational trust perceptions of bank employees on the whistleblowing tendencies were investigated. For the purpose of the research, surveys prepared in the light of the literature were applied to the bank employees in Ankara. SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze the data. The frequency distributions of the demographic data in the questionnaire were examined. The Independent Two Group T-Test and One-Way ANOVA analyzes were used to determine whether the participants' ethical climate perception, organizational trust perception and whistleblowing tendencies differ according to demographic variables. Finally, simple regression analysis was conducted to measure the effects of ethical climate and organizational trust on whistleblowing. It examined to how ethical climate, organizational trust perceptions and whistleblowing tendences of bank employees differ according to demographic characteristics of them. According to results of study, it was observed that there was a significant difference in the perception of ethical climate, perception of organizational trust, and whistleblowing of private banks employees according to public bank employees. In addition, ethical climate and organizational trust have a positive effect on whistleblowing behavior.
