Bazı hidrazon türevlerinin sentezlenerek spektroskopik ve kristal yapılarının aydınlatılması ve antioksidan özelliklerinin araştırılması

Özet
Bu araştırmanın ilk aşamasında 1-(2-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (2F3FMPyH), 1-(2-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine(2F4FMPyH),1-(2-fluoro-5 (trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine(2F5FMPyH), 1-(4-fluoro-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine(4F2FMPyH),1-(4-fluoro-3-trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)- 2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine(4F3FMPyH) isimli beş yeni hidrazon türevi sentezlenmiştir. Yeni sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları X-ı?ını, H-NMR, FTIR, UV- VIS, TGA taramaları ve elementel analiz ile belirlenmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise, sentezlenen bileşiklerin DPPH serbest radikal giderme aktiviteleri tespit edilerek standart antioksidan BHT ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen maddeler içinden 2,318 mg/mL ile en düşük IC50 değerine sahip olan 4F3FMPyH molekülü en yüksek radikal giderme aktivitesi göstermiştir. En düşük antioksidan aktiviteye sahip olan maddenin ise 2F3FMPyH bileşiği olduğu gözlenmiştir. Aynı konsantrasyon aralığında BHT için IC50 değeri 1,706 mg/mL olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma kapsamında sentezlenen tüm yeni hidrazon türevlerinin DPPH serbest radikalleri giderebilme yeteneğine sahip oldukları ortaya konmuştur.
During the first phase of this research five new hydrazone derivaties called 1-(2- fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (2F3FMPyH), 1- (2-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (2F4FMPyH), 1-(2-fluoro-5 (trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (2F5FMPyH), 1-(4-fluoro-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (4F2FMPyH), 1-(4-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)hydrazine (4F3FMPyH) were synthesized. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were determined by X-ray, H-NMR, FTIR, UV-VIS, TGA scans and elemental analysis. In the second phase of this research the synthesized compounds antioxidant activities were compared with the standard antioxidant BHT upon having assayed DPPH free radical scavenging activities. Among those synthesized substances, the 4F3FMPyH molecules has shown to have highest free radical scavenging activity with lowest IC50 value of 2.318 mg/mL. The lowest antioxidant activity has been observedfor the compound 2F3FMPyH. In the same concentration period IC50 value of 1.706 mg/mL has been assessed for BHT. As a conclusion, all the hydrazone derivatives synthesized in this research have shown to cabapable of DPPH free radical scavenging.
