Problem çözme beceri eğitiminin sağlık yönetimi öğrencilerinin problem çözme beceri algıları ve atılganlık düzeylerine etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma “problem çözme beceri eğitimi” dersinin sağlık yönetimi öğrencilerinin problem çözme beceri algıları ve atılganlık düzeylerine etkisi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma tek gruplu ön test-son test düzeneğinde bir müdahale araştırmasıdır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde bir sağlık yüksekokulunun ikinci sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan sağlık yönetimi öğrencileri oluşturmuştur (n=26). Bu çalışmanın yapılabilmesi için Sağlık Yüksekokulu Müdürlüğü’nden yazılı izin alınmış ve araştırma bitiminde öğrenciler sonuçlar konusunda bilgilendirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin Problem Çözme Envanteri ön test toplam puan ortalaması 88,46 ± 16,47 iken son test puan ortalaması 71,15 ± 11,87, ön test puan ortalaması 42,11 ± 9,01 olan yaklaşma/kaçınma alt ölçeği son test puan ortalaması 35,34 ± 6,82, problem çözme yeteneğine güven alt ölçeği ön test puan ortalaması 29,11 ± 8,20 iken son test puan ortalaması 23,26 ± 5,97, ön test puan ortalaması 17,23 ± 3,66 olan kişisel kontrol alt ölçeği son test puan ortalaması 12,53 ± 2,02 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin her dört boyutundaki bu değişimler istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeydedir (p<0,05). Öğrencilerin Rathus Atılganlık Envanteri ön test puan ortalaması 120,57 ± 16,87 iken son test puan ortalamasının 129,96 ± 16,85 olduğu ve aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Araştırma sonuçları problem çözme beceri eğitimi dersinin öğrencilerin problem çözme beceri algılarının ve atılgan davranışlarının gelişmesine katkı sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out in order to analyze the impact of “problem solving training” course on problem solving skills perception and assertiveness level of health management students. The research is an intervention study which has a single group and pre-test/ post-test system. The sample of this descriptive research constitutes student health management studying in the second grade of a health school in the spring term of 2014-2015 academic year (n=26). Data were collected by Student Information Form, Problem Solving Skill Inventory and Rathus Assertiveness Inventory. It was found that the average score of Problem Solving Inventory pre-test of the students was 88,46 ± 16,47 while their average final test score 71,15 ± 11,87, the average pre-test score of “approach/avoidance subscale” of the students was 42,11 ± 9,01 while their average final test score 35,34 ± 6,82, the average pre-test score of “confidence in problem solving subscale” of the students was 29,11 ± 8,20 while their average final test score was 23,26 ± 5,97 and the average pre-test score of “personal control subscale” of the students was 17,23 ± 3,66 while their average final test score was 12,53 ± 2,02. The changes which were found in all four dimensions of the scale were statistically significant (p<0,05). The average pre-test scores of Rathus Assertiveness Inventory was 120,57 ± 16,87 while the final test average scores of final tests were 129,96 ± 16,85 and it was found that the difference between them is statistically significant (p<0,05). Research results showed that problem solving training course contributes to the development of problem solving skills perception and assertiveness level of students. | |
