Özet
Hemşirelik öğrencilerine verilen “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” online dersinin, öğrencilerin cinsel eğitim ve kadına ilişkin “namus” anlayışına yönelik tutumlarına etkisinin değerlendirildiği araştırma, yarı-deneysel türdedir. Ekim 2020-Şubat 2021 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Aksaray Üniversitesi Hemşirelik bölümünde eğitim görüp “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersini online olarak alan öğrenciler eğitim grubunu, aynı sınıfta olan ancak dersi almayan öğrenciler kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Her iki grupta ön-test ölçümleri “Öğrenci Tanıtım Formu”, “Cinsel Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Kadına İlişkin Namus Anlayışı Tutum Ölçeği” ile yapılmıştır. Ön-testin ardından eğitim grubu 14 hafta boyunca “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” dersini online olarak alırken, kontrol grubuna eğitim verilmemiştir. Dersin tamamlanmasından hemen sonra her iki gruba son-test yapılmıştır. Ön-test, son-test ölçümleri her iki gruba eş-zamanlı ve aynı ölçüm araçlarıyla uygulanmıştır. Ön-testlere gruplar arası anlamlı fark bulunmazken, son-testlerde eğitim grubunun ölçek puan ortalamaları, kontrol grubununkinden anlamlı ölçüde yüksek bulunmuştur (p = 0.000). “Aile Planlama ve Cinsel Eğitim” isimli online ders öğrencilerin cinsel eğitime ve kadına ilişkin namus anlayışına yönelik tutumlarını yükseltmede etkindir.
The study, in which the effect of the “Family Planning-Sex Education” online-course given to nursing students, on the attitudes of the students towards sexual education and conception of honor women-related was evaluated, is semi-experimental. It was held between October 2020-February 2021. The students who were educated in the Nursing Department of Aksaray University and took the “Family Planning-Sex Education” online-course formed the education group, and the students who did not take the online-course formed the control group. In both groups, pre-test measurements were made with the “Student Introduction Form”, “Attitude Scale towards Sexual Education”, “Attitude Scale for the Women-Related Conception of Honor”. After the pre-test, the education group took the online-course for 14 weeks, while the control group was not trained. A post-test was administered to both groups immediately after the completion of the course. Measurements were applied with the same measurement tools in two groups simultaneously. While there was no significant difference between the groups in the pre-tests, the scale mean scores of the education group in the post-tests were found to be significantly higher than control group (p = 0.000). The online course is effective in raising students’ attitudes towards sexual education and for the women-related conception of honor.
