Özet
Bu çalışmada Fransız Toulouse kazı ile Alman Mast kazının göz yapısının incelenmesi, karşılaştırmalı olarak ölçümlerinin yapılması ve bu ölçümlerin aritmetik ortalamalarının belirlenmesi ve ikili olarak karşılaştırma yapılarak aradaki farkların tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. 6 adet erkek Fransız Toulouse kazının iki comissura arasındaki mesafenin ortalaması 7.22 mm, bulbus oculi yatay genişliği ortalaması 14.72 mm, lens dikey genişliği ortalaması 4.71 mm, lens yatay genişliği ortalaması ise 4.63 mm olarak ölçülmüştür. 6 adet dişi Fransız Toulouse kazında ise iki comissura arası mesafenin ortalaması 6.95 mm, bulbus oculi yatay genişliği ortalaması 13.98 mm, lens dikey genişliği ortalaması 4.09 mm, lens yatay genişliği ortalaması ise 3.99 mm olarak bulundu. 6 adet erkek Alman Mast kazının iki comissura arasındaki mesafenin ortalaması 5.95 mm, bulbus oculi yatay genişliği ortalaması 13.59 mm, lens dikey genişliği ortalaması 3.83 mm, lens yatay genişliği ortalaması da 3.75 mm’dir. 6 adet dişi Alman Mast kazının iki comissura arasındaki mesafenin ortalaması 5.57 mm, bulbus oculi yatay genişliği ortalaması 12.55 mm, lens dikey genişliği 3.49 mm, lens yatay genişliği 3.31 mm’dir. Bu verilere bakıldığında ölçüm olarak Fransız Toulouse kazının Alman Mast kazına, erkek cinsiyetinin de dişiye göre uzunluk olarak bir üstünlüğü bulunmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada karşılaştırılan Fransız ve Alman kazları arasında anatomik yapı olarak benzer, ölçüm olarak farklılıkların olduğu kanısına varıldı.
The eye distribution of this French Toulouse goose and the German Mast goose is examined, comparative measurements are made, the arithmetic averages of these measurements are determined, and the differences are determined by pairwise comparison. The distance between the two commissures of 6 male French Toulouse geese was measured as 7.72 mm, Bulbus oculi from long distances was measured as 14.72 mm, the vertical width of the lens was 4.71 mm, and the distance of the lens from far distance was not determined as 4.63 mm. In 6 female French Toulouse geese, the distance between two commissuras was recorded as 6.95 mm, the vertical width of Bulbus oculi was 13.98 mm, the vertical width of the lenses was 4.09 mm, and the long distances of the lenses were 3.99 mm. The distance between two commissures of 6 male German Mast geese is 5.95 mm, Bulbus oculi is 13.59 mm away from extreme widths, Lens is 3.83 mm away from vertical width, Lens distance is 3.75 mm away from extreme widths. The distance between two commissures of 6 female German Mast geese is 5.57 mm, Bulbus oculi Far width is 12.55 mm, Lens vertical width is 3.49 mm, Lens Long width is 3.31 mm. In terms of this connection, there is a gain in length between the French Toulouse goose and the German Mast goose, and the length of the male sex compared to the female. Based on the measurements made, it was concluded that there were similar anatomical structures but differences in measurement between the French and German geese.
